Oliver is a Partner at Mansun Capital. He is responsible for project origination and strategic oversight, with a focus on the US and West-European markets. He serves as a Board Director in Mansun Capital investment vehicles and focuses on senior relationship management.
Oliver is a joint UK-Polish citizen, living in Poland since 1998, fluent in English and Polish. He is an internationally qualified CFO with significant experience in growth businesses and M&A processes. Oliver operates through an extensive international contact network amongst top tier consulting, advisory and investment businesses.
Prior to Mansun Capital, Oliver was a group CFO at an international medical cannabis business. Before that he spent 12 years with Deloitte Transaction Services in Poland, where he was a Partner and Head of the local Due Diligence practice.
Oliver began his M&A Transaction Advisory career with EY, BDO and Deloitte in Warsaw and the UK.
Oliver holds a B.A. (Econ) from University of Manchester. He is a UK Chartered Accountant (ACA).
