Tomasz Prystacki is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, MedTech, and business development, including extensive roles in general management and board leadership. He has a proven track record of scaling healthcare operations, managing mergers and acquisitions, and driving operational efficiencies.

As General Manager for EMEA East at Fresenius Medical Care, Tomasz oversees 20,000 patients and more than 200 healthcare units, ensuring sustainable growth and excellence. His leadership has delivered continuous EBIT and sales growth through innovative strategies and operational transformations. Previously, he led Fresenius Nephrocare Polska as President, overseeing 70+ business units and spearheading M&A processes, greenfield projects, and organizational restructuring.

Tomasz holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and IESE. With expertise in MedTech, M&A, and healthcare innovation, Tomasz brings strategic insights and leadership excellence to Mansun Capital’s advisory board.
