Matthew Tebeau is a seasoned biotechnology executive with over 15 years of leadership in microbiome innovation, sustainable agriculture, and commercial strategy.

Currently serving as COO of Phagelux Agrihealth Inc., he spearheads the development of bacteriophage-based solutions aimed at reducing antibiotic reliance in crop production and enhancing on-farm sustainability.

Tebeau is recognized for his expertise in scaling biotech ventures, forming industry-defining alliances, and advancing sustainable alternatives to antibiotics. He is a frequent speaker at global conferences such as Phage Futures and Animal AgTech, where he discusses the integration of microbiome technologies into mainstream agriculture.
