Tomasz Kubicius

Tomasz Kubicius is an accomplished executive and problem solver with over 25 years of experience in business management, process improvement, and international sales development.

Currently, he serves as CEO of DROMA Sunshade-Experts, where he has led the company through sustained export growth and a successful M&A process, including due diligence and investor negotiations.

Previously, Tomasz held leadership roles at VIDI Centrum Rozwoju Kadr, where he provided consultancy and training in sales, management, and operational efficiency for prominent clients such as Delphi Poland and Carl Zeiss. His expertise also extends to governmental policy implementation during his tenure as Head of a district office at ARiMR, focusing on the Common Agricultural Policy.

Tomasz’s background includes leadership positions at YIT and ABB, where he gained valuable experience in quality assurance and financial management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow.
