John is a Senior Advisor at Mansun Capital. He is responsible for strategic project supervision and senior relationship management, with a focus on the UK and CE markets.
John has had a full and varied international career. He is primarily an auditor and an accountant, but has done a wide variety of other advisory work across his career. He has extensive experience in Central and Eastern Europe as well as experience in the African markets. His international outlook on the business world makes him uniquely placed for multi-national companies with overseas operations.
Throughout his career John has worked in many varied industries most recently though in the Financial Services, Telecoms and Energy sectors. He has done a lot of work with start-up companies in an advisory capacity and through this work, he is familiar with new technologies such as Blockchain and how they are positioned to revolutionize certain business areas.
Prior to Mansun Capital, John was a Managing Partner at Deloitte, leading the firms Assurance practice in Georgia and Azerbaijan for 8 years. Before that, he was a Deloitte Assurance Partner in Nigeria.
Earlier in his career, John was the Global Assurance & Advisory Learning Leader at EY, preceded by 11 years as a Partner with EY Audit and Assurance in Warsaw.
John holds an M.Sc. from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
