In June 2024, Mansun Capital successfully coordinated an equity co-investment in KarmaCheck as part of the company's $45m series B financing round, alongside prominent investors such as Parameter Ventures, Alumni Ventures, PruVen Capital, Velvet Sea Ventures, GC1 Ventures, NextView Ventures and RKKVC.
As the General Partner managing this investment, Mansun Capital played a pivotal role in structuring the co-investment, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders, and creating a robust governance framework.
Update: In June 2025, Mansun Capital executed a second-round equity investment in KarmaCheck, with the introduction of new investors on board, and thus increasing the total capital allocation of Mansun Capital to the project.
